If you are unhappy with your base layer please use our contact us form and we will be in touch with your claim pack. We will provisionally agree claims via email but will require the defective product to be posted to be covered by the applicant for final approval. Your replacement product will be dispatched free of charge.
We endeavour to respond to all return enquiries within 48 hours however is busy periods this can up to 72 hours.
